Audited five programs, interviewed eight leaders, and delivered an 18-month operational roadmap covering KPI alignment, data consolidation, role redesign, and funding diversification. The CEO left with a prioritized action plan, not consulting theory.


Earlier in my career, I was embedded inside a retail lender during a multi-million-dollar portfolio sale after the company had cut 85% of staff. I audited complex mortgage files others could not untangle. That work taught me how to find operational leaks under pressure.


Twenty years later, I still do that work — now at a higher altitude for service businesses, nonprofits, and founder-led organizations stuck at the ceiling.
